Done Deal: Arsenal reveals the Shirt number for SECOND SIGNING

With Gunners all wrapped up in January winter Transfer window, Arsenal have now officially confirmed the signing of Denis Suarez from Barcelona as their first winter signing in 2019.

Officially, Denis Suarez has become a Gunner after putting pen to sign a contract for a loan spell for the rest of the season, with the Gunners javing an available option to buy him permanently in the summer.

Having arrived at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal fans were all keen to know what shirt number he will be putting before the initial official announcement.

In the latest pictures of the new signing, the 25-year-old was spotted putting on a number 22 shirt, which he will be wearing for the remainder of the season and could be changed next season should the player agree to join the club permanently.

The loan fee Arsenal agreed to sign Suarez for is reported to be worth £3 million, and the selling clause to sign the Spanish player in a permanent deal will be cost the Gunner an extra £20 million in the summer.
