Almost Done: Arsenal meets Release clause for Aaron Ramsey BEST replacement

English giants Arsenal, who have been up an about scouting for players to bring in to the Emirates Stadium, are now currently being linked to Spain international Pablo Fornals.

Currently plying his trade as a midfielder at Spanish club Villarreal, the midfielder is reported to a release clause of £17.8million in his contract.

According to report the Gunners are willing to pay out his release clause and land him in the January winter transfer window.

The 22-year-old midfielder is said to be liked by the Gunners boss Unai Emery, who will like to see him in an Arsenal shirt come January, as his midfielder Aaron Ramsey is set to leave the club by the end of the season or in January.

The North London club withdrew a contract offer proposed to Ramsey which waa after the arrival of Emery to the Emirates.

With Villarreal with one points above the relegation zone having played 12 games in the La Liga winning just two, draw 5 and lost five games.

Fronals has been a key figure for Villarreal this season being pivotal to their two wins in the Spanish League.

The 22-year-old midfielder, who joined from Villarreal from fellow League side Malaga in the summer of 2017 for an undisclosed fee, has only earned two caps for his country and could have greater number of caps for Spain should he agree to move to Arsenal this January.

Report is currently stating that the North London club are willing to sell out Mohamed Elneny to secure more funds to sign the Spanish midfielder in January.
