OFFICIAL ! – All Terms Agreed : BBC Confirms Mkhitaryan to Arsenal 'very close' - Medicals Tomorrow & Monday

Now according to BBC, Manchester United, Henrikh Mkhitaryan will have a medical on Sunday and Monday after the Armenian paperwork for his transfer was completed on Saturday.

The length of Mkhitaryan's contract at Arsenal, with the former Borussia Dortmund's salary is undisclosed. Arsene Wenger had earlier said that Sanchez would only join the Gunners if Mkhitaryan moved to the Emirates.

The Chile international missed our 4-1 thrashing of Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace side on Saturday because he was travelling to Manchester United.

Wenger as quoted said:

"He didn't play because you cannot drive up north and play football at the same time."

Meanwhile, Man United manager Jose Mourinho said a deal to sign the Arsenal player was 'very close' following the Red Devils' 1-0 win at Burnley on Saturday.

Man United beat Arsenal to the signing of Mkhitaryan when he signed for the Manchester giants for £26.3m from BvB back in the summer of 2016.

Since then, the Armenian has really been giving much chance under Mourinho to prove himself but despite this, he's manager to register 63 appearances so far for the club with a record of 13 goals.

Sanchez, on the other hand, has netted 80 goals for Arsenal across 166 appearances in all competition since he joined our club from Barcelona for a reported £35m in July 2014.

Sanchez, whose contract with the club was due to expire in the summer, had looked set and everyone has believed would be joining Manchester City last August.

It emerged this week that City had decided not to pursue their interest in signing Sanchez. However that move fell through on transfer deadline day after Arsenal failed to sign a replacement.
