Lacazette out ? - Arsenal agree €10million-a-year deal for Aubameyang

Arsenal are 6th in the Premier League after 23 Premier League fixtures and it looks highly that the Gunners will fail to finish in the top four.

Arsenal need to strengthen their squad before the window get shut and the North London club have been heavily linked with a move for Gabon international and Borussia Dortmund skipper Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

According to a recent report covered by Sky Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio on his blog, it claimed the Gunners have reached an agreement until 2021 worth a whooping €10million-a-year with the 28-year-old center forward.

Arsenal splashed the cash to sign Alexandre Lacazette in the summer transfer window but the France international has been misfiring. Lacazette has only scored 8 goals in 23 league outings.

Aubameyang however, is one of the best finishers in the world and the Gabon forward has already scored 21 goals in 23 games for the German club this season. Last season, he netted 31 goals in 32 league appearances for Dortmund.

Di Marzio claims that the Bundesliga club are demanding a fee of €60 million euros for their prized asset and Arsenal could include Giroud in the deal to meet that asking price.

Giroud is currently out with a hamstring injury and so far, he has only started one league game for the Gunners this season.
