Draxler To Join Arsenal In SHOCK $54m Deal – PSG To ACCEPT Alexis Sanchez

Arsenal playmaker Alexis Sanchez will be out of contract in the summer and the Chile international may end up leaving the Emirates in the upcoming winter transfer window.

If reports making rounds are anything to go by then the Gunners are looking to replace the former Barcelona forward by signing a top German attacker in the form of Paris Saint-Germain star Julian Draxler.

Arsenal have been linked with the former Schalke star for quite some time and now, reports emanating from Spain via Don Balon indicate the North London club are close to securing the signing of Draxler by offering Sanchez as part of the deal that would see Draxler join Arsenal and Sanchez move the other way.

The report from the Spanish outlet have also mentioned that Brazil international Neymar requested the signing of his former teammates as a replacement for Draxler a long time ago.

Draxler joined the Ligue 1 side back in January 2017 but has been down the pecking order behind the likes of Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani and/or played in a not so preferred midfield position.

This season, the Germany international who was part of the Germany squad that won the 2014 World Cup competition in Brazil has featured in 23 games for the Les Perisiens, netting 3 goals and providing 5 assists.

Two days ago, The Sun covered an exclusive report and claimed that the PSG are prepared to let him leave for a fee of 40 million pounds ($54million).
